Our leadership team was key to a number of B2B, B2G and G2G cooperation and partnerships in Vietnam, including: 

• Connection and facilitation of a number of government and business delegations to Vietnam for G2G, B2B, B2G cooperation from different countries such as the Europe, the UK, the US, South Korea, Pakistan.

• Former co-founder and former board member of international business chambers such as European Chamber of Commerce, Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce, Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, with strong focus on business engagement and policy advocacy with the governments.

• Direct cooperation with Vietnamese government at both central and local level to design and deliver regulatory reforms to support improvements to business environment, including the Office of the Government of Vietnam, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Health, Central Institute for Economic Management..

Our leadership team was key to a number of regulatory reforms in the Philippines including:

• The Philippine Good Regulatory Principles (PGRP) - published and governed by the Anti–Red Tape Authority (ARTA), under the Office of the President of the Philippines. PGRP is a set of principles outlining good regulatory practices to which government agencies in the Philippines can align their regulatory processes and activities. 

• The Philippine Whole-of-Government Re-engineering Manual - published and governed by ARTA.  The Manual is a reference document containing tools and principles in streamlining and reengineering processes, derived from principles and practices in business engineering tailor-fitted to the public sector. 

• The Philippine Regulatory Impact Assessment training workbook - published and governed by ARTA - a workbook containing practical guidance for policymakers and regulators in the Philippines in assessing costs and benefits of policy proposals as well as promoting best regulatory practices.  

Our leadership team was key to a number of multi-governmental cooperation on regulatory reforms and green growth initiatives in the ASEAN including:

• Co-hosting and co-organising OECD-ASEAN Good Regulatory Practices Network (GRPN) in 2020 - a collaborative forum that allows policymakers across Southeast Asia and OECD countries to share insights, dialogue, and exchange best practices on implementing Good Regulatory Practices (GRP).

• ASEAN Adviser for OECD publication "Supporting regulatory reforms in South East Asia" - which presents a snapshot of the current state of regulatory reform across the region.

• Lead on funding proposals, budget bids, development, management and delivery of a number of European Union - funded projects to support green energy transition and green growth across South East Asian countries.

Our leadership team was key to a number of government relations, policy projects and business engagement across trans-Tasman region, including:

• Lead on several trans-Tasman cooperation fora on energy and climate change at Ministerial level

• Lead on strategy and policy development, regulatory impact assessment, stakeholder consultations, Ministerial advice and reporting in New Zealand and Australia

• Lead several business chambers at both central and local level, including trade and investment promotion, and support businesses to capture new opportunities regionally and internationally.
